I think the myth of Elon's genius has been utterly shattered by the Path of Exile 2 debacle. Turns out faking it until you make it can take you all the way to the top.
The main advantages are the lack of bots (for now) and the lack of the paid blue checks. The former is a major improvement because it improves the overall quality of the tweets.
Copilot is ridiculously easy for a CTO/IT to enable for an entire org. That doesn't mean it's providing the level of value that Cursor is. It's just like the number of "users" Microsoft Teams has, is implicitly tied to the number of Office/Outlook customers. Whether or not people actually use the tool is frankly unrelated to how many customers they can report as "using" a tool.
