Love this! Hallucination can be a feature, not bug.

I imagine operating in the latent space would make the decomposition truly useful/controllable.

Nice idea. I'd love to try it in my project. One thing I am missing is that the LLM can only be triggered by user actions on the UI or some asynchronous data fetching logic. Is it possible to make it autonomous?

Maybe useEffect can help agent stay in an infinite loop? The "foot gun" is finally useful!

truly CMSless head

Innovators dilemma at play.

- Google look at LLM through the lens of advertising.

- Microsoft look at LLM through the lens of browser and search competition.

The launch strategy might indicate that Cortana has an even worse market share than Bing, even though it is better form factor for ChatGPT integration. Curious what others think.

Having ChatGPT be able to take verbal inputs and give verbal replies in Cortana's voice would be pretty neat.

Then you just find a way to make it a standalone thing not reliant on the internet, like in some sort of module or hard drive.

Then you put that module into a full body suit that has 2-way speakers in the helmet.

Congratulations, you are the Master Chief. Welcome to Halo.

The risk-reward proposition of LLM advertising is clear, you eat up Wikipedia/SO/Quota/News/Blogspam traffic (sizeable % of overall?) and get to inject your own ads into it.

Risk-reward of MS spending a lot to beat Google Search is more dubious.

M$FT after all ;)

Cortana is dead, though. So makes no sense to implement in a product that doesn't exist anymore.
