Except they are more sophisticated than this in the real world. They have kits to clone drives and keep power running without interrupting it

What problem is it aiming to solve and how will they measure success...?

> unless you give them a key to match you across apps

Eg by running standard Android? That doesn't have eg secure app spawning, so apps can profile app initialisation data AIUI

And probably 10 other things behind the scenes that GrapheneÓS plugs?

Easy!:

Poor: Neo

Middle class: good spec Air

Rich: MBP

It's absolutely rife in the UK

It's already unlawful on trains thanks to byelaws but enforcement is non existent

Pretty common across Europe too

I will always politely ask people who are doing this to stop it, and 99% of the time they do. (This is in the UK).

I appreciate that is a temporary solution for you but that's just generally not our culture to do that. We expect people to follow rules and norms and aren't really prepared for when they don't

And 99% of them will not change their behaviour. The next trip or when you get off, they will do it again. It's not a solution

It's become a lot more common since lockdown. I have to wear earplugs.

Everyone has a 1000Mbps fibre connection too with 3ms latency. If not, well, they need to try harder at not being poor

Look on the Flyertalk BA forum 2005-2020. Was a huge thing and not always for upgrades, because BA have been stingy with upgrades for a long long time. Lounge access/baggage/priority boarding etc was a huge part of it

Popular mileage runs were London to Honolulu with lots of sectors on the way iirc !!

It’s illegal to protest in a way that has any real effect now

I live in central London and there are protests pretty much daily about all sorts of things. The problem is more no one paying attention to them rather than their being illegal.

"that has any real effect". All the words I wrote were to be read

How do you want to be able to protest (for 'real effect') that is currently illegal?

Which part of the law requires it to be £99 (or £1 even?). Can you cite it?

100 percent agreed
