They have a build on Jenkins, not GitHub Actions.

I maintain a chocolatey package for Windows. I currently use their snapshot as a source which is not ideal. I could switch to GH actions.

This is an incredibly small for to use up compute. I bet 1ms compute usage avg. on cloudflare workers even with coldstarts.
