I'm about to move and my commute will increase to about 25-40 minutes of driving each way.

I'd love to find a good educational software development podcast that targets "early" programmers, vs. "beginners." Bonus points if it is focused on Ruby and RoR, but I'd be very interested in more general software development education as well.

Given the medium, I'd expect it to not go deep on actual code examples, and be focused more on explaining concepts, talking through how to approach different projects, etc.

Does anything like this exist?
